The Author of this site would like to acknowledge the very considerable work carried out by Suzanne Warmerdam in researching a large bulk of the information recorded here while recording the Landon Family. Closer to my roots was recorded mostly from the original works and efforts of Vera Mary Ward, Helen Nankervis, Ngaere Hailes and Colleen Young. Information on the Mackel line was provided by Pamela Clementt My effort has been in assembling the information together and making it available. I would like to make apologies in advance for omissions and mistakes.
